Vitalgold Industries was founded in 2003, manufacturing stamping, die and sheet metal products. We improved our manufacturing capabilities to include fabricating trimmer blades and brush cutters for the lawn and garden industries. We also upgraded our facilities, owning heat treating (salt bath) processes to greatly improve our blades and cutters’ performance. Our enterprise has been certified to ISO since 2008.
Equipped with multiple CNC machines
Our facilities include 20 CNC turning machines and 15 CNC milling machines, and we are working to upgrade with other accessory equipment. To assure stable product quality, we adopted APQP quality management techniques for process control, and invested SPC software to monitor CPK data any time.
